Peer Review Policy

The peer review of papers published in the CRI Conference Series is managed by conference organizers and proceedings editors. Procedures vary by event but must adhere to the following principles:

✔ Organizers/editors must complete a form describing the peer review process, which
will be published as part of the proceedings.
✔ Peer review must be conducted through our platform unless otherwise agreed upon.
✔ CRI Publishing reserves the right to request peer review reports at any time.

Minimum Standards for Peer Review
✔ Unbiased consideration is given to all papers regardless of the author’s race, gender,
religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political beliefs.
✔ No offensive terminology is permitted.
✔ Authors and editors must comply with our ethical policy.
✔ CRI Publishing reserves the right to investigate misconduct allegations.
✔ Submission and peer review must be conducted in English.
✔ Reviewers must provide clear recommendations with supporting comments.
✔ Editors/organizers may only accept papers with clear reviewer support.

Conference papers must meet CRI publication standards. While allowances are made for conference paper nature, low-quality papers will not be accepted. Papers published elsewhere should not be considered.

Reviewers assess papers based on the following criteria
Technical Criteria
✔ Scientific merit, rigor, accuracy, and correctness
✔ Clarity of expression and communication of ideas
✔ Adequate discussion of work context with proper referencing
Quality Criteria
✔ Originality and relevance
✔ Clear motivation and scientific interest
✔ Avoidance of excessive repetition
✔ Justified length based on scientific content
Presentation Criteria
✔ Adequate and appropriate title
✔ Complete and self-contained abstract
✔ Essential and clear diagrams, figures, tables, and captions
✔ Brief yet clear text and mathematical expressions
✔ Clear and well-summarized conclusion, explaining the significance of the work
