Publication Procedure

The following notes summarize the CRI Conference Series publishing process:

     1. Submit a quote request online or contact us directly with conference details.
   2. The CRI Conference Series team will review the details and confirm whether we can offer a publishing contract.
    3. Conferences must register to use our proceedings management platform for peer review. Each conference will have its own account and dedicated area on the platform.
    4. Organizers must inform authors about the CRI Proceedings License.
    5. Authors prepare papers according to our guidelines and templates.
    6. Authors submit papers to organizers via the proceedings management platform.
Organizers act as editors, managing the peer review process.
   7. Once the review process is complete, organizers submit final papers to CRI Conference Series with a single click. Papers must be in Word format and finalized for publication. CRI Publishing does not edit or proofread papers after submission.
  8. Submitted papers are assessed for adherence to publisher policies, journal scope, and quality standards. Papers not meeting these standards will be communicated to the organizer.
   9. Production and Publication
✔ We process Word files into a format suitable for publication and upload them to our pre-publication servers.
✔ The communicating editor receives login credentials to review proceedings before final publication.
✔ Once a paper is published online, changes are only permitted in cases of serious scientific error, which will be addressed through errata or corrigenda.
✔ Stylistic changes cannot be made post-publication, so authors and organizers must ensure thorough proofreading before submission.
   10. Upon publication, we notify authors via email with a link to their paper.
   11. Printed copies (if required) are provided by Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI).
